Frieze Art Fair 2010: Moving Image Round Up

Screening in a specially constructed cinema for the duration of the Fair, this year's Frieze Film presents four new film commissions by Jess Flood-Paddock, Linder and FLAMIN supported artists Elizabeth Price and Stephen Sutcliffe.
The four films will screen alongside various film programmes, as well as existing works by this year's Frieze Projects artists.

LUX Film Programme
The Lives of the Artists
Also screening as part of this year's Frieze Film cinema programme will be 'The Lives of the Artists', a two-part film programme, curated by LUX.
Based around fictional portrayals of New York artists of the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, the programme includes Redmond Entwistle's FLAMIN-funded film Monuments.

ResoVision
FLAMIN Film Programme
In addition to its radio broadcasts Resonance104.4fm will be running ResoVision, a four day television channel live from this year's Frieze Art Fair.
Among the ResoVision programme will be a screening of FLAMIN supported projects, featuring films by Rachel Reupke, Samuel Stevens and Luciano Zubilaga.

Serpentine Gallery Marathon
Maps for the 21st Century
This weekend will also see the return of the Serpentine Gallery's multi-dimensional Map Marathon, hosted by The Royal Geographical Society.
The event will feature non-stop live presentations by over 50 individuals, including FLAMIN-supported artists Marine Hugonnier and Emma Wolukau-Wanambwa.

Jarman Awardee Lindsay Seers
Channel 4 Commission
If you missed Jarman Award-winning artist film-maker Lindsay Seers' thought-provoking 3 Minute Wonder films earlier in the month, the series will air again next week on Channel 4.
The four films, which will screen over successive evenings from Monday 18 October (11pm), can also currently be viewed online.
