Synopsis
This video will take as its subject a cargo of 2862 luxury cars, which sank in a vessel called the Tricolor in December 2002. The vessel sank in dense fog in an area of the Channel called West Hinder, which is not within the jurisdiction of any State, nor covered by radar.
